I do onsite service
I have had some strange experiences in the service of home users.

Back in the day I worked in Technical Support call center type atmosphere. And one day a customer called in and got so upset and frustrated with the service/tech support agent (who was only in his first week working there) and took a shotgun and shot his computer monitor while on the phone with the service provider.
Talk about... not resolving the issue. 
They were a Texan........ gotta love them! haha
